Tacos
- 1 bag of Sol Cuisine Chik’n Bites
- 4 medium or 6 small corn tortillas
Pico de Gallo Salsa
- 1 cup diced tomatoes, seeds removed
- 2 diced chilli peppers, seeds removed
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
Mango Salsa
- 1 cup chopped mango
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp lime juice
Note
Season both salsas to taste with salt and pepper. For additional toppings, try avocado slices, cilantro, jalapeños and fresh chilis.
Directions
- Prepare the chik’n bites according to the package instructions.
- Warm the tortillas according to package instructions.
- Add the pico de gallo and mango salsa ingredients to separate bowls and mix together to create both salsas.
- Assemble the tacos and garnish with avocado slices, cilantro and jalapenos.
