Chik’n Bites Tacos with Mango Salsa

Two zesty salsas and tangy mango make these plant-based chik'n tacos a fresh and tasty option for lunch or dinner.

  • 1 bag of Sol Cuisine Chik’n Bites
  • 4 medium or 6 small corn tortillas

Pico de Gallo Salsa

  • 1 cup diced tomatoes, seeds removed
  • 2 diced chilli peppers, seeds removed
  • 1/4 cup red onion, chopped

Mango Salsa

  • 1 cup chopped mango
  • 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp lime juice

Season both salsas to taste with salt and pepper. For additional toppings, try avocado slices, cilantro, jalapeños and fresh chilis. 


  1. Prepare the chik’n bites according to the package instructions.
  2. Warm the tortillas according to package instructions.
  3. Add the pico de gallo and mango salsa ingredients to separate bowls and mix together to create both salsas.
  4. Assemble the tacos and garnish with avocado slices, cilantro and jalapenos.
