Sol Cuisine was born in 1980. It started life as a manufacturer of high quality tofu for Toronto vegetarian restaurants and expanded from there.
Today, Sol Cuisine is a trusted legacy brand catering to a growing community of retail and restaurant consumers in search of Non-GMO, Wheat and Gluten-Free, Kosher, Halal and Organic vegan products.
With a focus on natural vegan foods that are delicious and healthy, Sol Cuisine offers a wide selection of veggie burgers, veggie breakfast patties, tofu and other frozen and fresh meat alternatives.

Our vision is to be the leading provider of Plant Based alternatives with a wide variety of great tasting vegan gourmet items. The demand from consumers is exploding and Sol Cuisine’s goal is to be part of the SOLution for people seeking products that deliver in terms of flavour and texture. We have been making alternative proteins since 1980 and our passion for great tasting products continues to drive us everyday. Our focus is on vegan gourmet, non-GMO, plant-based proteins that meet the needs of our valued Sol Mates. All our items are innovative and we provide a wide variety of items to help vegans and all customers looking for healthy options.
Plant based alternatives have so many environmental and health benefits over the traditional animal based food systems.I can’t think of anything more exciting than helping people add alternatives to their diets or providing many food choices to our valued plant focused customers. We guarantee that if you try our products they will satisfy you and your friends & families. Food is so emotional and such a big part of our social lives, we want to be part of your meals, tables, social gatherings and life celebrations.
