Cooking instructions

  • Cook from frozen.
  • Microwave 1200W: Lift one corner of film, microwave on high for 1 minute 30 seconds. Take tray out, stir content well and microwave for additional 1 minute 30 seconds or until internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).
