Cooking instructions
- Heat non-stick skillet over medium-high. Add 1-2 tsp of favourite vegetable oil and strips and sauté for approximately 1 1/2 minutes, until nicely seared. Once seared, turn heat to medium and continue to cook for 4-5 minutes until internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).
