Ingredients
Avocado Mayo
- 2 extra ripe avocados
- 4 Tbsp vegan mayo of choice
- 1 Tbsp of lime juice
Spicy Chipotle Ketchup
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1 large chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
- 1 Tbsp of extra sauce
The Burger
- 4 Sol Cuisine Spicy Black Bean Burgers
- 4 burger buns
Note
To complete the meal, add red onion, a vegan cheese of choice, lettuce and tomato to the burger and serve with sweet potato chips
Directions

Avocado Mayo:
Mash avocado and mayo together until creamy and smooth. Season with salt and lime juice. -
Spicy Chipotle Ketchup:
In a small blender or food processor, pulse all ingredients together until smooth. - Assemble burgers and enjoy!
