Ingredients
Cabbage Slaw
- 1 cup shredded purple cabbage
- 1/2 cup corn kernels
- 1 chopped jalapeno
- 1/3 cup vegan mayo
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 Juice of lime
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Homemade Tartar Sauce
- 1/3 cup vegan mayo
- 1 tsp relish
- 1 tsp chopped capers
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
The Tacos
- 1 bag of Sol Cuisine F'sh Fillets
- 10 small corn or wheat tortillas
Directions

Sol Cuisine F’sh Fillets:
Preheat oven to 425F (220C). Place the fillets on a non-stick baking pan. Bake for 9-10 minutes, turn over and bake for an additional 9-10 minutes. Let rest for 1 minute. -
Slaw:
Mix all the of ingredients in a bowl until combined. -
Homemade Tartar Sauce:
Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl until combined. - Build your tacos and enjoy!
Note
If you want additional toppings, try cilantro, chopped avocado and lime juice.
