Cooking instructions

  • Cook from frozen.
  • Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 425ºF (218ºC). Once it reaches temperature, place wings on a baking sheet in a single layer on the middle oven rack. Bake for 15 -20 minutes turning once. Cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Air Fryer: Preheat the fryer to 400ºF (204ºC). Place the cauliflower wings evenly in the fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes. Make sure the product reaches a final temperature of 165ºF (74ºC).
  • Let stand for 1 minute before serving.
