These plant-based Buffalo Cauli Wings are deliciously tangy, with a whole lot of kick! Coated in a crispy breading and tossed in our signature buffalo spice blend, we wanted to bring you the ultimate spicy crunch in a plant-based wing.

Chik’n: Cauliflower, Filtered water, Cooked brown rice (water, long grain brown rice), Pea protein isolate, Corn starch, Methylcellulose, Yeast extract, Onion powder, Sea salt, Organic cane sugar, Garlic powder, Salt, Citric acid.
Breading: Enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), Expeller pressed sunflower oil and/or Canela oil, Filtered water, Tapioca starch, Cane sugar, Salt, Spices, Rice flour, Extractives of paprika, Yeast extract, Citric acid, Natural flavor, Yeast, Sea salt, Sodium bicarbonate, Xanthan gum.

Cooking instructions
- Cook from frozen.
- Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 425ºF (218ºC). Once it reaches temperature, place wings on a baking sheet in a single layer on the middle oven rack. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes turning once. Cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Air Fryer: Preheat the fryer to 400ºF (204ºC). Place the cauliflower wings evenly in the fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes. Make sure the product reaches a final temperature of 165ºF (74ºC).
- Let stand for 1 minute before serving.
