Blend Sol Cuisine Tofu and oil in blender until smooth.
Add sugar, carob powder, vanilla and liquid. Mix well.
Sift together flour, baking soda and salt.
Add the flour mixture to the Sol Cuisine Tofu mixture.
Dough will be fairly stiff.
Mix in nuts.
Roll into balls and place on lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees F.
250g Sol Cuisine Tofu
½ Cup Oil
1 ½ Cup Demerara Sugar
½ Cup Carob Powder
1 Tbsp Vanilla
1 Tbsp Soy Milk
3 Cups Unbleached Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Sea Salt
½ Cup Chopped Pecans or Walnuts
