With Homemade Tartar Sauce and Cabbage Slaw


– Sol Cuisine F’sh Fillets: Preheat oven to 425oF (220C). Place fillets on non-stick baking pan. Bake for 9-10 minutes, turn over and bake for additional 9-10minutes. Let rest for 1 minute.
– Slaw: Mix all ingredients in a bowl until combined
– Homemade Tartar Sauce: Mix all ingredients in a bowl until combined

Suggested Toppings: cilantro, chopped avocado, lime


1 bag of Sol Cuisine F'sh Fillets
10 Small Corn or Wheat Tortillas

Cabbage Slaw
1 cup shredded purple cabbage
½ cup corn kernels
1 chopped jalapeno
1/3 cup vegan mayo
1tsp. Dijon mustard
Juice of ½ lime
1 tbsp. maple syrup
1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. black pepper

Homemade Tartar Sauce
1/3 cup vegan mayo
1 tsp. relish
1 tsp. chopped capers
1 tsp dried dill
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
