Lightly brown Breakfast Patties in 350 degree F oven.
Crumble into oiled 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Set aside.
Sift together the whole wheat flour, baking powder and the salt. Add the cornmeal and mix.
Add the egg replacer in a separate bowl.
Grate the onion, mince the peppers and add them to the egg replacer. Add the soy milk, oil agave syrup and corn to the egg mixture.
Combine all ingredients with a few quick strokes.
Pour the batter over the crumbled patties.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 35-40 minutes until done.
Serve with your favourite salsa.

2 ½ Cups Cornmeal
3 Egg Replacer
1 Small Onion
3-6 Green Chili Peppers
2 Cups Soy Milk
½ Cup Oil
½ Cup Agave Syrup
1 12oz Can Niblets Corn, Drained
