Begin by cooking Sol Cuisine Organic Falafel, following package directions, and defrosting tahini sauce (comes in falafel package).
Defrost tahini sauce by submerging in warm water.
While the falafel patties are cooking, mix together salad ingredients in large bowl.
Cut baguette on a slight angle into thin slices.
When falafels are a few minutes from ready, begin toasting your baguette slices by placing them on a separate baking tray in the oven, or in a toaster oven.
Top baguette with falafel, coleslaw and drizzle with tahini sauce.
Garnish with cilantro or parsley and serve!

1/8 Tsp. Dry Mustard
2 Large Carrots, Shredded

1/2 Red and Green Bell Pepper, Sliced Lengthwise
1/2 Tsp. of Fennel Seed
Sea Salt and Pepper to Taste
A pinch or two of sugar
