Ginger Miso Cucumber

Featuring the Salm'n Burger


Thinly slice or spiralize (ribbon blade) the cucumber, and set aside in a bowl. Whisk all other ingredients together, or place in a jar to shake. And “flavor” dressing to ribbon/thinly sliced cucumber. Allow to marinate together for a minimum 20 minutes before being served on the salm’n burger you are about to enjoy!


1 English Cucumber thinly sliced or use ribbon plate of a spiralizer
1 T White Miso
1 T Water, if needed
1 T Rice Vinegar
½ T Fresh Grated Ginger
½ T Maple Syrup or Agave
½ T Sesame Oil
Juice of 1 Lemon
¼ t Tamari
