Carob Mocha Sol Cuisine Tofu Pudding


Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until the tofu becomes very smooth.

Serve chilled.

Alternative: You can use this as a pie filling in your favourite baked crust.


750 g  Sol Cuisine Tofu
½ Cup Sunflower Oil
¾ Cup Agave Syrup
⅓ Cup Carob Powder
2 ½ Tbsp. Instant Coffee or Coffee Substitute
½ Tsp. Sea Salt
½ Tsp. Cinnamon
½ Tsp. Vanilla Extract
