– Burger (Grill/Skillet/BBQ/Stovetop): Preheat lightly oiled surface over medium heat, cook 4-5 minutes per side, flipping frequently to avoid burning
– Maple Balsamic Onions: Heat a medium size sauté pan on low-medium heat. Add Vegan Butter and Olive Oil to heated pan. Add sliced onions and salt to pan and sauté for 20 minutes. Tossing onions occasionally. Add Balsamic Vinegar, and stir. Add Maple syrup and stir occasionally for additional 4-6 minutes.
– Assemble burger with additional toppings and serve with Canadian Ketchup Chips
