- 1 pack Sol Cuisine Crispy Chik’n Tenders
- 6 slices sourdough bread
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh baby spinach leaves
Spicy Maple Mayo
- 1/4 cup vegan mayo
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Directions
- Cook the Crispy Chik’n Tenders according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, stir together the ingredients for the spicy maple mayo.
- Time to assemble. Spread the mayo on the bread slices. Arrange the spinach, tomato and Crispy Chik’n Tenders on one slice of bread and top with another slice.
