Sourdough Chik’n Sandwich with Spicy Maple Mayo

  • 1 pack Sol Cuisine Crispy Chik’n Tenders
  • 6 slices sourdough bread
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh baby spinach leaves

Spicy Maple Mayo

  • 1/4 cup vegan mayo 
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup 
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika


  1. Cook the Crispy Chik’n Tenders according to package instructions.
  2. In a bowl, stir together the ingredients for the spicy maple mayo.
  3. Time to assemble. Spread the mayo on the bread slices. Arrange the spinach, tomato and Crispy Chik’n Tenders on one slice of bread and top with another slice.
  4. Enjoy!
