Quinoa Onion Rings With Cauliflower Burger

Spice up your grill game with our Cauliflower Burger and quinoa-dipped onion rings accompanied by smoky chipotle.

Recipe Overview

Ingredients

Batter

  • 1 2/3 cup of Plant based milk
  • 1/4 cup potato starch
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp of cayenne

Quinoa coating

  • 3/4 cup puffed quinoa
  • 1 1/2 cup flaked quinoa
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tsp more chili powder

The Burger

  • 3 Red Onions
  • 1 Sol Cuisine Cauliflower Burger
  • 1 Burger Buns
  • 1 cup of flour (For dusting)
Note

Pinch of Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Slice your onions to desired thickness
  2. Coat slices in a light dusting of flour
  3. Dip onions into your wet batter to coat, then toss & lightly press into the quinoa mixture.
  4. Fry each side for 2 minutes

  1. Microgreens
  2. Avocado
  3. Mother Raw Smoky chipotle
  4. Tomato
  5. Mayo
