- 2 extra ripe avocados
- 4 Tbsp vegan mayo of choice
- 1 Tbsp of lime juice
Spicy Chipotle Ketchup
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1 large chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
- 1 Tbsp of extra sauce
- 4 Sol Cuisine Spicy Black Bean Burgers
- 4 burger buns
To complete the meal, add red onion, a vegan cheese of choice, lettuce and tomato to the burger and serve with sweet potato chips
Mash avocado and mayo together until creamy and smooth. Season with salt and lime juice.

In a small blender or food processor, pulse all ingredients together until smooth.
