- 1 Sol Cuisine Cauliflower Burger Burger Buns
- 1/2 tbsp vegan butter of choice
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 Red onion, sliced ¼” – ½” thickness
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tbsp balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tbsp maple Syrup
Cook on the grill, BBQ or stovetop. Preheat lightly oiled surface over medium heat, cook 4-5 minutes per side, flipping frequently to avoid burning.
Maple Balsamic Onions:
Heat a medium-sized sauté pan on low-medium heat. Add vegan butter and olive oil to the heated pan. Add sliced onions and salt and sauté for 20 minutes, tossing onions occasionally. Add balsamic vinegar, and stir. Add maple syrup and stir occasionally for an additional 4-6 minutes.
- Assemble the burger with additional toppings and serve with Canadian ketchup chips
We suggest trying maple Dijon mustard, arugula and tomato as additional toppings.
