Wholesome Veggie Chili

Directions:

Sauté onion in large pan on medium heat until soft.

Add Chili powder and stir.

Crumble whole package of grounds into pan and mix well.

Immediately stir in the diced tomatoes so mixture does not stick to pan.

Add rinsed beans and stir well.

Cover and let cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring frequently.

It’s ready to eat!

*Adjust the amount of Chili powder according to your taste.

1tsp. Olive Oil

1 Medium Onion, Diced

1-2 Tbsp. Chili Powder

1 Pkg. Sol Cuisine Grounds

128oz. Can Diced Tomatoes

114oz. Can Black Beans (Rinsed)

114oz. Can Kidney Beans (Rinsed)
