Tofu Whipped Cream

Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth and creamy. Chill.

Whip with spoon just before serving.


250g Tofu

¼ Cup Light Oil

¼ Cup Raw Sugar

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

⅛ tsp Sea Salt

1 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice

2 Tbsp Soy Milk
