Directions


Sauté onions in olive oil on medium heat until soft. Add package of Sol Cuisine Organic Veggie Crumbles and stir into onions until well mixed. Add the seasoning and mix well. Continue cooking for another minute or two, stirring continually so it does not stick to pan. Add diced tomatoes, and rinsed beans. Stir and allow to simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

It’s ready to eat and tastes great the next day too!

This chili, once prepared can be put into a crock pot on low to keep warm. Add small quantities of tomato sauce or water to keep moist. A perfect recipe to serve at a party with a big platter of corn bread!

  • 1 package Sol Cuisine Organic Veggie Crumbles
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 envelope blended chili seasoning or 1-2 tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 14oz can of black beans (rinsed and drained)
  • 1 14oz can of kidney beans (rinsed and drained)
  • 1 28 oz can of diced tomatoes
