Directions
1. Combine water, tomatoes and CookSimple Cowboy Chili mixture together in the large pot.
2. Bring mixture to a boil on high heat, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
3. After 15 minutes, add Sol Cuisine’s Organic Veggie Crumbles and fresh spinach.
4. Simmer for another 15 – 20 minutes.
5. Serve immediately or refrigerate!
Cowboy Quinoa Veggie Chili

- 1 large can of diced tomatoes
- 1 package of Sol Cuisine’s Organic Veggie Crumbles
- 2 cups fresh organic spinach
- 2 1/2 cups of water
- 1 large pot
