Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 9 inch baking pan. Puree tofu and bananas in food processor with ⅔ cup cold water.
In a medium sized bowl, cream butter and sugar together. Add vanilla, pureed tofu and banana mixture.
In a second mixing bowl, sift together the remaining ingredients (except chocolate chips). Pour tofu/bananas/sugar mixture in to the flour mixture and stir until blended. Do not over mix.
Gently stir the chocolate chips into the cake mix.
Pour cake mixture into greased pan.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the cake.
Cool cake in pan. Slice and garnish with fresh fruit. Enjoy!
