Roasted Garlic Aioli with Rosemary, Dill, Caraway or Tarragon

Directions

FOR ROASTED GARLIC
Preheat oven to 350F. Cut top off of bulb of garlic, and place on top of foil, or bake ware suitable for the oven. Add 1 T of olive oil to top of garlic. Add salt and pepper and a large sprig of fresh rosemary, cut into 3 portions. Wrap (or cover) garlic and bake for 35 minutes. Allow to cool.

Mix all remaining ingredients together, and enjoy. Will keep in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Ingredients

½ Cup of your favorite Vegan “Mayo”
1-2 roasted garlic bulbs (but really who only uses so few of roasted garlic! Save in the fridge for later use). Additional ingredients added to recipe “how-to”.
**1 T finely chopped Rosemary, Dill, Caraway or Tarragon
Sea Salt to taste
