Mongolian Meatless Beef and Veggies over Sticky Rice

Mongolian BBQ Meatless Beef (Serves 4)

Cut the florets from ½ head of broccoli into bite size pieces. Trim snow peas. Steam broccoli florets until bright green in color and “crispy tender”. Add snow peas and steam for an additional 2 minutes. Combine with cooked meatless beef strips. Take green onions and slice white part and ½ of green part into ¼” slices. Serve on a ½ cup formed round or square of prepared sticky rice. Garnish with the sliced green onion.
