Bake or pan cook falafels until almost done.
Cut pastry into a 4” square.
Place par-cooked falafel in the middle of square & pull pastry up, over and twist.
Bake in 350-degree oven until golden.
Sauce can go under, drizzled over or on the side.
Sprinkle with parsley and red pepper.
